| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payment. If you prefer to phone or post an order, you are welcome to do so, making payment by credit card, debit card or cheque. Please note cheques need to clear before goods are despatched We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and all Bank Debit Cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Shipping And Handling We ship to the United Kingdom, Irish Republic, Europe, North America and Canada. First Class post in the UK takes from 1 - 4 days to reach you and is charged at £3.50 per order - regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders over £75 are carriage free. For our Collect in Store option, please allow at least two hours for your order to be prepared. For deliveries to Irish Republic, Europe and North America delivery charges are set out below, these are regardless of the amounts ordered. Standard Service to the Irish Republic is charged at £7.95 per order. Standard Service to Europe is £12.50 per order. Standard Air Mail to the U.S.A and Canada is £18.95 per order. |
