Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you prefer to phone or post an order, you are welcome to do so, making payment by credit card, debit card or cheque. Please note cheques need to clear before goods are despatched
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We ship to the United Kingdom, Irish Republic and Europe and North America. First Class post in the UK takes from 1 - 4 days to reach you and is charged at £3.50 per order - regardless of the number of items ordered.
Orders over £150 are carriage free.
For deliveries to Europe and North America please email or call for a quatation.
Standard Service to the Irish Republic is charged at £7.95 per order.
Standard service to Europe is £12.50 up to 2 kg. in weight.
Standard air mail to the U.S.A and CANADA is £18.95 up to 2kg or 4.4 pounds.
For orders over 2kg or 4.4 pounds please contact us for a delivery price.
Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you within 24 hours of receipt (working days only) subject to satisfactory payment clearance. If an item is out of stock we will normally notify you by email within 24 hours and give you the option of waiting until the item arrives back in stock or cancelling your order.
If you require next day delivery please ensure you order before 1pm the previous day using express delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order, or choose a substitute item, if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Children's clothing is Zero Rated.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Goods returned under the EU Distance Selling Directive will only be accepted if unused and returned in the original packaging and deemed suitable for re-sale. Postage will not be refunded for returned items unless good were faulty or sent in error. We must be notified of reason for return and goods must be returned within seven days after arrival.
For hygeine reasons we do not accept returned underwear.
